Purchase process

Displayed prices include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated in the final step of checkout, before you confirm. The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation email.

Made on demand

Each garment is manufactured specifically for your order. Typical production time is 2 to 5 working days, plus transit. This model reduces textile surplus but means we hold no immediate stock.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. As our own policy, we extend that to 30 days for size exchanges and returns of unused items in perfect condition.

To exercise it, write to quoting your order number. We will refund you via the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the garment.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods customised to the customer’s specification (for example, a garment with a name or design chosen by you). It does apply to every item in our standard collection.

Warranty

All items carry the 3-year statutory guarantee of conformity. If you receive a faulty garment or one different from what you ordered, send us a photo and we will resolve it at no cost.
